Ein Zimmer wird frei in unserer WG.
Das Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Lage ist wirklich Super für uns. Sowohl mit Auto oder mit den ÖVPN.
Die U-Bahn Station liegt direkt neben der Haustüre (<1min) und die S-Bahn Station ca. 7min Fußweg, alternativ mit der U-Bahn innerhalb 2-3 min erreichbar.
Bis zum Hauptbahnhof dauert es vielleicht 10-12 min.
Die Ecke ist relativ ruhig. Keine störenden Nachbarn bezüglich Lärm etc.
Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Penny ist mit Fußweg vielleicht 8-10 min erreichbar oder mit U-Bahn 3-4 Station und du erreichst den Kaufland/Rewe/Lidl und Aldi.
Unsere WG besteht mit dir aus 3 Mitbewohnern.
Ich bin aktuell im Bachelor Studium, der andere Mitbewohner im Master Studium.
Ich bin relativ selten da, weil ich viel arbeite und Sport mache.
Der andere Mitbewohner ist öfters zu Hause aber aucj super nett.
