Wir bieten das ruhige, einfache, möblierte Zimmer im UG unseres Einfamilienhauses einer Studentin an, die viel Ruhe zum Lernen oder Prüfunsvorbereitung braucht. Das Zimmer geht zum Garten hin , gen Süden.
Das Zimmer ist im Sommer nicht zu heiß, im Winter aber auch nicht zu warm.
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und gegen Süden gerichtet.
Im Sommer steht der Garten vor dem Fenster zur Verfügung.
Ein kleines WC und eine eigene Dusche ist dabei.
Ein Mikrowellenofen und ein Toaster sind dabei, aber keine Küche. Wegen der Holzschränke ist kein Kochen möglich und Sie können auch keine Kochplatte etc. mitbringen.
zur S-Bahn oder U1 sind es ca 8-13 min.

Wie sind eine Familie mit 2 Töchtern.

We are offering a single room in the Basement, for a female, in our one family house, where you have your own surroundings , no one else disturbs you, you have your own little shower room and your small toilet adjacent.
However, we don`t want to call it `Wohnung`. It´s a student´s room.
There is enough furniture in the room. (don´t bring any more...)
There is no kitchen and no way for cooking on hot plates /frying in the room in order to avoid odour nuisance.
( according to the wooden interior)
That`s why we are looking for Students: they can use a campus dining hall? / canteen?
You can use a microwave or toaster to heat small meals in your room.
Outside the window is the garden at ground level that you can use to study. (chairs and tables present)
As in the basement, the room is not too hot in summer and not too warm in winter.
it`s a 14 min.walk to theS1, or 13 min. U1.
The araea is thus very quiet, no transit traffic.
The room window leads directly in the garden, sunny southside.
You may sit outside in summer to study, chairs,tables, even a trampoline is provided
our family with 2 student girls live in the first floor.
Sometimes we can meet you, we have meals together,and carry on conversations.
We prefer females.
