A nice, cumbersome, experienced roommate is requested. for our WG in the second OG.
The house has been completely refurbished and is technically top in shot – new façade, modern heating, PV system on the roof, super fast internet and new, triple glazed sound protection windows ensure a pleasant living and energy-efficient living.
The apartment itself still has the charm of the old time – that is, not a sophisticated new building, but something with history and potential for its own ideas. The daylight bath is small, with shower and sink, and directly accessible from the kitchen. The toilet is separate, which is really practical in everyday life.
Ideal for those looking for a solid home with character – in a renovated house, but with the certain old building fleet.
Your new room is bright and friendly, white painted with laminate flooring.
The room is unfurnished.
On request, the furniture of the pre-rente can be taken over.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything needed - large fridge with small freezer, oven, kitchen equipment,...
In the rent everything is included (insurance, garbage, etc). On electricity, gas and water you pay a prepayment (50 €/month), at the end of your rental period or at regular intervals, an exact billing takes place.
A super fast internet connection is also included in the rental.
In the basement there is a coin washing machine and dryer. There are outdoor seating and bicycle storage facilities.
A parking space for your car can also be rented according to availability, on request also with electric charging column.

Gesucht wird eine nette, umgängliche, wg-erfahrene/r Mitbewohner/in. für unsere WG im zweiten OG.
Das Haus wurde komplett saniert und ist technisch top in Schuss – neue Fassade, moderne Heizung, PV-Anlage auf dem Dach, superschnelles Internet und neue, dreifach verglaste Schallschutzfenster sorgen für ein angenehmes Wohngefühl und energieeffizientes Wohnen.
Die Wohnung selbst hat noch den Charme der alten Zeit – also keine durchgestylte Neubauwohnung, sondern etwas mit Geschichte und Potenzial für eigene Ideen. Das Tageslichtbad ist klein, mit Dusche und Waschbecken, und direkt von der Küche aus erreichbar. Die Toilette ist separat, was im Alltag echt praktisch ist.
Ideal für alle, die ein solides Zuhause mit Charakter suchen – in einem sanierten Haus, aber mit dem gewissen Altbau-Flair.
Dein neues Zimmer ist hell und freundlich, weiß gestrichen mit Laminatboden.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Auf Wunsch können die Möbel der Vormieterin übernommen werden.
Unsere Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird - großer Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, Backofen, Küchenausstattung, ...
In der Miete ist soweit alles inbegriffen (Versicherung, Müll, etc). Auf Strom, Gas und Wasser leistest du eine Vorauszahlung (50 €/Monat), am Ende deiner Mietdauer bzw. in regelmäßigen Abständen findet dann eine exakte Abrechnung statt.
Eine super schnelle Internetverbindung ist ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Münz-Waschmaschine und - Trockner. Im Außenbereich befinden sich Sitzmöglichkeiten und Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.
Ein Parkplatz für dein Auto kann je nach Verfügbarkeit ebenfalls dazugemietet werden, auf Wunsch auch mit Elektro-Ladesäule.
Nun zu dir:
Du solltest optimalerweise zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren alt sein. Prima wäre, wenn du auch Student, Praktikant, Diplomand, Azubi, Berufseinsteiger oder ähnliches wärst.
Rauchen ist nicht gestattet, genauso wenig wie Haustiere.
So, genug zur Wohnung. Wenn du Interesse hast, dann melde dich einfach über die Nachrichtenfunktion.

- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke (Netto, Bäcker, Pizzeria, Aldi, Döner, Apotheke, Bank, ...)
- Bahnhof Bad Cannstatt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar
- das Cannstatter Carré ist direkt um die Ecke
- der neue Veielbrunnenpark ist direkt um die Ecke (das Outdoorgym ist nur ca. 50 m von der Wohnung entfernt)
- der Neckar mit dem Neckarradweg läd zum Joggen und Radfahren ein
- Wasengelände und Stadion ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar
You should ideally be a student or an intern. It is not a purpose-WG. Cleanliness and order are just as important as living together. Pets and smokers are not allowed. Since everything is completely new, we place great emphasis on order and careful handling of the facility. You don't need anything to bring, the WG is fully equipped.
Du solltest idealerweise Student oder Praktikant sein. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Zwecke-WG. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind genauso wichtig geselliges zusammen wohnen. Haustiere und Raucher sind nicht erlaubt. Da alles komplett neu ist, legen wir sehr großen Wert auf Ordnung und einen sorgsamen Umgang mit der Einrichtung. Mitzubringen brauchst du nichts, die WG ist komplett ausgestattet.

Another important info for handing over the room when extracting. We want everything to be perfectly clean when moving in, so your room is professionally cleaned when moving out. Due to poor experience with the cleanliness of the WG during the excerpt, we agreed: Your room and the common rooms are handed over by you clean and tidy. The cleaning service will then clean everything perfectly, and a flat-rate 150 Euro will be charged.

Auf Grund schlechter Erfahrungen mit der Sauberkeit der WG beim Auszug haben wir folgendes vereinbart: Dein Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume werden von dir besenrein und aufgeräumt übergeben. Der Reinigungsservice wird dann alles perfekt reinigen, hierfür werden pauschal 150 Euro berechnet.
