The room in the WG has about 10 square meters. Through a good alignment of the window, you have direct sunlight especially in the summer, making it bright and habitual. The whole apartment is very tidy and clean overall, the decor is new and all walls are painted in a beautiful white. In addition to your room, kitchen and bathroom, there are 3 more rooms where your roommates live.
Das Zimmer in der WG besitzt ungefähr 10 Quadratmeter. Durch eine gute Aurichtung des Fensters, hat man vor allem im Sommer direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, was es hell und wohnlich macht. Die ganze Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr ordentlich und sauber, die Einrichtung ist neu und alle Wände sind in einem schönen Weiß gestrichen. Neben deinem Zimmer, der Küche und dem Bad gibt es noch 3 weitere Zimmer in denen deine Mitbewohnerinnen leben.
The WG is located in the beautiful old part of Stuttgart: Bad Cannstatt. The connection to the railway is particularly practical, as you reach the underground station in just 1 minute, which will take you directly to downtown Stuttgart within 15 minutes. The S-Bahn is also a 5--10-minute walk away. From there you can easily reach the outskirts in the area, such as Vaihingen, Esslingen, Schorndorf, etc. In addition, a large shopping area, as well as Aldi and dm is just a subway stop away.
Die WG befindet sich im wunderschönen alten Teil von Stuttgart: Bad Cannstatt. Die Anbindung zur Bahn ist besonders praktisch, da man in nur 1 Minute die Haltestelle der U-Bahn erreicht, die dich innerhalb von 15 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt Stuttgarts bringt. Auch mit der S-Bahn kann man fahren, welche sich ungefähr 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt befindet. Von dort aus kann man gut die Außenbezirke in der Umgebung erreichen, wie Vaihingen, Esslingen, Schorndorf usw. Außerdem ist ein großer Kaufland, sowie Aldi und dm nur einen U-Bahn Stopp entfernt.
Your future roommates are Luisa (21), Lena (22) and Elena (22).
Luisa studies at the HdM Economic Informatics, is very happy to play sports (she plays volleyball, goes to the gym and trains for a half marathon 😯) and also likes to go to the one or other party in the evening.
Lena studies business information technology at HfT, likes to dance and is generally very entertaining and open to new ideas.
Elena is in Esslingen at the university, studies social work there and doesn't live in the WG for so long, but still knows herself very well in Stuttgart as she has lived here for some time.
Overall, one can say that our WG life is very relaxed, so according to the motto “all can, nix must”. Whether you sit in the kitchen and crawl, prepare breakfast together, or just retreat to his room because you need a little rest - no stress.
Bei deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen handelt es sich um Luisa (21), Lena (22) und Elena (22).
Luisa studiert an der HdM Wirtschaftsinformartik, treibt sehr gerne Sport (sie spielt Volleyball, geht ins Gym und trainiert für einen Halbmarathon 😯) und geht abends auch gerne mal auf die ein oder andere Party.
Lena studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik an der HfT, tanzt gerne und ist generell sehr unternehmungslustig unterwegs und offen für neue Ideen.
Elena ist in Esslingen an der Uni, studiert dort Soziale Arbeit und wohnt noch gar nicht so lange in der WG, kennt sich aber trotzdem in Stuttgart sehr gut aus, da sie hier schon seit einiger Zeit lebt.
Insgesamt kann man sagen, dass unser WG Leben sehr entspannt ist, so ganz nach dem Motto „alles kann, nix muss“. Ob man zusammen in der Küche sitzt und quatscht, gemeinsam Frühstück vorbereitet, oder sich jeder einfach in sein Zimmer zurückzieht, weil man ein wenig Ruhe braucht - gar kein Stress.
