The Uff-Kirchhof stop is reachable around the corner in 5 minutes walk, the Ebitzweg in 3 min. There the U13 and the U1 drive. You're in the city centre in 13 minutes.
Nevertheless, it is a very quiet location in a beautiful residential area.

To the Cannstatt station (S-Bahn rides all night!) you can walk up to a maximum of 15 minutes, to the large shopping center Carre with Kaufland, Lidl, Bioladen, H&M, Müller, ... 10 minutes. You can also find an Aldi by bike within 4 minutes.

In the street there is a baker, a vegetable store, various banks, a pizza and diner service, a pharmacy.

By bike you are everywhere in zero-comanix anyway.

The beautiful spa park with the mineral bath and other parking areas are also 5-10 minutes walk around the corner.

Die Haltestelle Uff-Kirchhof ist um die Ecke in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Ebitzweg in 3 min. Dort fahren die U13 und die U1. Von da bist du in 13 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
Trotzdem ist es eine sehr ruhige Lage in einem schönen Wohngebiet.

Bis zum Bahnhof Cannstatt (S-Bahn fährt die ganze Nacht!) sind es zu Fuß maximal 15 Minuten, zum großen Einkaufszentrum Carre mit Kaufland, Lidl, Bioladen, H&M, Müller, ... 10 Minuten. Einen Aldi findest du auch innerhalb von 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

In der Straße gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Gemüseladen, verschiedene Banken, einen Pizza- und Dönerservice, eine Apotheke.

Mit dem Fahrrad bist du sowieso in nullkommanix überall.

Der schöne Kurpark mit dem Mineralbad und andere Parkflächen sind auch 5-10 Minuten Fußweg um die Ecke.

There's Leonie and Alex as your new roommates. What distinguishes us: be active in the club, but also relax, read a book, sit together on the TV, cook deliciously vegetarian (whether MealPrep on Sunday or cooking the vegetable box or something from the food sharing), open, respectful and enjoyable sharing his everyday life.


To the WG life:

We're both working and out after work. At home we usually make it comfortable with yoga, cooking, recreation, television, bullshit etc. Even if we are busy, it is important not only to live next to each other. We keep up with each other and usually talk in the kitchen or on the balcony. If there are inconveniences in the WG everyday, they are addressed in a relaxed manner.

Since we both work, the celebration takes place for the most part outside. That means it would be nice if you were listening to the working world.

We keep the WG on the whole stubborn with the help of a cleaning plan. It is therefore important to us if you also know how to help you clean :D

Da gibt es Leonie und Alex als deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen. Was uns auszeichnet: sportlich im Verein aktiv sein, aber auch mal entspannen, ein Buch lesen, gemeinsam am Fernseher sitzen, lecker vegetarisch kochen (ob MealPrep am Sonntag oder das Verkochen der Gemüsebox oder etwas vom Foodsharing), offen, respektvoll und unternehmungsfreudig seinen Alltag teilen.


Zum WG-Leben:

Wir sind beide berufstätig und auch nach der Arbeit mal unterwegs. Zuhause machen wir es uns dann meistens gemütlich mit Yoga, Kochen, Erholen, Fernsehen, Quatschen etc. Auch, wenn wir mal busy sind, ist es uns wichtig nicht nur einfach nebeneinander her zu leben. Wir halten uns gegenseitigen auf dem Laufenden und verquatschen uns meistens in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon. Wenn es mal Ungereimtheiten im WG-Alltag gibt, werden die gleich locker voran angesprochen.

Da wir beide arbeiten, findet die Feierei zum größten Teil draußen statt. Das heißt es wäre schön, wenn du auch der Arbeitswelt angehörst.

Wir halten die WG im Großen und Ganzen mit Hilfe eines Putzplans zuverlässig stubenrein. Es ist uns daher wichtig, wenn du dir beim Putzen auch zu helfen weißt :D

You have Bock on ne WG because you are interested in a relaxed, thoughtful and communicative living.

Hopefully you like your job, but you also have other things that make your life a reality.

You already know that dishwashers are not cleaned by themselves and not only when black becomes.

If you now think: Nice, it fits like the fist in the eye, you will be happy to know us and the free room personally.

Let's write something about YOU. What you do professionally and how you have come, you can keep short. Rather, it would be nice to hear how it goes on after work with you. And how you want to live WG, what your marotts or rather special features are.

IMPORTANT: Please do not register if you want to do an internship here, we are looking for a long-term history.

Wir sind natürlich auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin, die gut in unsere Mitte passt. Daher hier ein kleiner Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl worauf wir Wert legen ;-)

Du hast Bock auf ne WG, weil du interessiert bist an einem entspannten, rücksichtsvollen und kommunikativen Zusammenleben.

Du magst hoffentlich deinen Job, hast aber auch noch andere Dinge, die dein Leben erheitern.

Du weißt bereits Bescheid, dass sich Spülmaschinen nicht von alleine leeren und nicht erst wenns schwarz wird, geputzt wird.

Falls du nun denkst: Nice, das passt ja wie die Faust aufs Auge, dann melde dich gern, um uns und das freie Zimmer persönlich kennen zu lernen.

Schreib uns gerne schon etwas über DICH. Was du beruflich machst und wie du soweit gekommen bist, darfst du gern kurz halten. Vielmehr wäre es schön zu hören, wie es nach der Arbeit bei dir weitergeht. Und wie du WG leben möchtest, was deine Marotten oder vielmehr Besonderheiten sind.

WICHTIG: Bitte melde dich nicht, wenn du nur ein Praktikum hier machen möchtest, wir sind auf der Suche nach einer langfristigen Geschichte.
