ab März/April wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen Dich als neuer Mitbewohner.
Aktuell wohnen in der Wohnung Lavinia, Luis, Bastian, Juan und Mike. Bastian beendet Ende Oktober seinen Mater bei Stihl. Daher hättest Du die Möglichkeit dieses Zimmer zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG eines zwei geschossigen- Hauses und hat von der Küche aus einen schönen Blick über Stuttgart.
Gerade die Sonnenuntergänge im Sommer sind immer wieder ein High-Light. In der WG befinden sich eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, einer großen Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Mikrowelle, Besteck, Kochgeschirr und vieles mehr.
Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 2,5 Jahren kernsaniert was man an dem modernen, hochwertig ausgestatteten Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche den großformatigen modernen Fließen sowie den Stiltüren oder der auch die mit Feinputz beschichteten weisen Wänden gleich beim Betreten der Wohnung erkennt.
Natürlich befindet sich im Zimmer einen SAT – Anschluss, stabiles Internet ist auch vorhanden.

Dear potential roommate
From March/April a room will be free and we are looking for you as a new roommate.
Lavinia, Luis, Bastian, Juan and Mike are currently living in the apartment. Bastian will finish his Mater at Stihl at the end of October. Therefore you would have the possibility to take over this room.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a two-storey house and has a beautiful view over Stuttgart from the kitchen.
The sunsets in summer are always a highlight. The shared flat has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery, cookware and much more.
The apartment was completely renovated about 2.5 years ago, which can be seen in the modern, high-quality bathroom with a walk-in shower, the large-format modern tiles and the style doors or the white walls coated with fine plaster as soon as you enter the apartment.
Of course there is a SAT connection in the room, stable internet is also available.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, ruhig und im grünen.
Bis zur Haltestelle Antwerpener Straße benötigt man nur 6 Minuten – zur Haltestelle Nürnberger - Straße oder auch zum Sommerrain ca.10 Minuten. Von dort aus ist es nur noch 1Station (6 Min Fahrzeit) bis zum Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof/ Königstrasse.
Deinen Einkauf kannst Du in 10-18 Minuten fußläufig erledigen. Gut erreichbar sind Kaufland (teilweise bis 24:00 geöffnet), Lidl, Aldi, dm und Rewe. Eine Bäckerei und „die“ Kult – Pizzeria „Pane e pino“ sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Regionale Produkte bekommt man in der nahegelegenen Bauernmarkthalle in Fellbach.
Zu Daimler Untertürkheim, HDM / DHBW benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad nur ca.16 Minuten. Auch andere Firmen wie Bosch, Porsche, Mahle, Behr… sind mit den „Öffentlichen“ oder auch mit dem PKW / Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen.
Wenn man gerne in der Natur ist, hat man es dorthin auch nicht weit. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man mitten in den Weinbergen am Rotenberg, am Kappelberg sowie die angrenzenden Wege durch die Felder rund um das Freizeitbad Fellbach erreichen.
Dort findet man Jogging- & inlinestrecken, einen MTB –Parkour und schöne schattige Waldwege vor. Auch vor einigen Jahren neu erbaute F3 (Familien und Freizeitbad Fellbach) mit einer Größe von 11.320 m² und einem schönen schattigen Freibad- Außenbereich ist schnell & fußläufig erreichbar.

The WG is very central, quiet and in the countryside.
It only takes 6 minutes to get to the Antwerpener Strasse stop – about 10 minutes to get to the Nürnberger Strasse stop or Sommerrain. From there it is only 1 station (6 minutes travel time) to Stuttgart main station/ Königstrasse.
You can do your shopping in 10-18 minutes on foot. Kaufland (partly open until midnight), Lidl, Aldi, dm and Rewe are easily accessible. A bakery and "the" cult pizzeria "Pane e pino" are within walking distance in a few minutes. You can get regional products in the nearby farmers market hall in Fellbach.
To Daimler Untertürkheim, HDM / DHBW you only need about 16 minutes by bike. Other companies such as Bosch, Porsche, Mahle, Behr... can be easily reached by public transport or by car/bicycle.
If you like being in nature, you don't have to go far to get there. In about 10 minutes you are in the middle of the vineyards on Rotenberg, on Kappelberg and the adjacent paths through the fields around the Fellbach leisure pool.
There you will find jogging and inline routes, an MTB parkour and beautiful shady forest paths. F3 (Family and Leisure Pool Fellbach), newly built a few years ago, with a size of 11,320 m² and a beautiful shady outdoor pool area can also be reached quickly and on foot.
Ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht, gebacken, Karten gespielt oder man verabredet sich über die WhatsApp – Gruppe einfach um ins Kino zu gehen, zum Shoppen oder für einen Biergarten Besuch.
Das Zusammenleben ist unkompliziert und entspannt. Wenn jemand seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann man einfach seine Zimmertür zu ziehen.

From time to time we cook together, bake, play cards, or simply arrange to meet via the WhatsApp group to go to the cinema, go shopping or visit a beer garden.
Living together is uncomplicated and relaxed. If someone wants to have his peace, you can just pull his room door.

Neben dem Haus ist eine überdachte Fahrrad-Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Bewohner vorhanden. Auch Parkplätze sind in der Straße eigentlich immer zu finden.
Es ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Wärmepumpentrockner im Haus vorhanden.
Je nach Bedarf ist sowohl Zwischenmiete als auch längerfristige Miete möglich
