Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar, da einer unserer Mitbewohner spontan ausgezogen ist. Spätestes Einzugsdatum wäre der 1. Juli, je früher desto besser.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 20 qm und ist mit einem praktischen Einbauschrank ausgestattet, außerdem hat es Zugang zum Balkon. Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. drei Jahren komplett saniert, das heißt alles ist top in Schuss. Sie befindet sich im Hochparterre, in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich. Es gibt einen Balkon zum Hinterhof, einen Fahrradkeller, Waschküche und viel Stauraum im Keller.
Der Wilhelmsplatz in Bad-Cannstatt ist in 4 min erreichbar. Zum Neckar sind es nur 2 min Fußweg. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich in einem eher ruhigeren Wohngebiet. Die Innenstadt von Bad Cannstatt ist aber nur zwei Blocks entfernt und in etwas drei Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
