Das WG Zimmer ist 15qm groß und hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, ein Waschbecken so wie ein Fenster.
Die WG hat zwei Bäder, somit gibt es keinen Stau. Die Küche hat einen komplett neuen Ofen und Herd .
Das Haus liegt quasi direkt neben der Wilhelma . Die U-Bahn Linien 13 und 14 halten unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 7 Minuten in Bad Cannstatt und am Bahnhof in Cannstatt. Von dort fahren die S Bahnen 1,2 und 3 , mit denen man innerhalb von paar Minuten in Stuttgart am Bahnhof ist.
Momentan wohnt ein Mann und 3 Frauen in der WG . Zwei deiner Mitbewohnerinnen sind auch relativ frisch zu gezogen . Das heißt die WG Konstellation ist relativ neu.
Bei dem angegebenen Preis handelt es sich um den Mietpreis und die Kaution die ich gezahlt habe. Eine Erhöhung des Preises ist nicht ausgeschlossen. Es fällt ebenfalls eine Schlüsselkaution an.
