Frei wird ein wunderschönes 23qm großes Zimmer mit 3 Meter hohen Decken und Echtholzboden in einer 3-er WG mit zwei ganz tollen Mädels.
Beide Mitbewohnerinnen sind berufstätig und total toll!
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert abgegeben. Allerdings würde ich gerne meinen Kleiderschrank (siehe Foto) und meinen Schreibtisch für eine Abschlagssumme im Zimmer lassen. Des Weiteren kommt noch eine geringe Abschlagszahlung für die neue Waschmaschine und den flurmöbeln dazu.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin.
Da ich beruflich momentan relativ eingespannt bin, würde ich am 1. Februarwochenende ausziehen. Das Zimmer wäre dann zum 3.2 beziehbar.
