Hi lieber potentieller Mitbewohner,
aktuell sind wir eine zweier-WG und wir beide haben vor in eine eigene Wohnung zu ziehen. Der eine von uns zieht Ende März aus, der andere Anfang September. Für diese Übergangsphase würden wir (bzw. ich, der noch bis September bleibt), das leerstehende Zimmer gerne vermieten. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und enthält nur eine Matratze (falls du diese möchtest).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Deckerstr. in 4.OG, sodass man eine 1a Aussicht und nur 8,42 min Fußweg zur S-Bahn Haltestelle in Bad Cannstatt hat.
Ich (Florian) bin Doktorand an der Universität Stuttgart. Ich arbeite relativ und lange, bin aber gerne dabei abends noch gemütlich im Wohnzimmer o.Ä. zu chillen oder irgendwas zu unternehmen, bouldern zum Beispiel. Ansonsten haben wir ein top Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Beamer und Konsole :) Ich würde mich als ordentlich beschreiben und Sauberkeit ist mir schon recht wichtig.
