Hey erstmal,
mein Name ist Jannis und ich bin 23 Jahre alt und für meine WG in Bad Cannstatt suche ich ab dem 01.01.2020 einen neunen Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2OG und verfügt über drei Helle Räume, sowie einen Balkon. Eines der Zimmer ist Wohn- und Esszimmer und Zugang zum Balkon. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Außerdem gehören zur Wohnung noch ein Keller sowie ein PKW-Stellplatz.
Dein Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, weiß gestrichen und hat Parkettboden.
Die WG am Rand von Cannstatt etwa drei Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Obere Zieglei entfernt mit Anbindung an die U-Bahn und den Bus. Die S-Bahnstation Sommerrain liegt zehn Minuten Entfernung. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
