For rent is a comfortable, bright room (Room 2 in picture) in a 2-bed-apartment. The room is approx. 15 m² (Unfurnished) and is located on the Ground floor of an apartment building in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt.
The rent is 400 €, plus a GEZ fee, otherwise all costs are included. A deposit of 750 € is also required which you will get back when you will leave the room. The room is theoretically available from 1st of August. The apartment has one more rooms, a corridor, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. There is also a small storage room. Storage space for your things is in the basement, where bicycles can also be stored.
The WG is located in Kienbachstrasse in the beautiful Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt in a quiet side street. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 50m)
The transport connection is also top. In less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the next U-Bahn stops it also takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city centre. :)

Small information about me: My name is Mukesh (28), recently finished my master studies in strategic management.
I am working in a company here in Stuttgart as a Business Consultant. I am an open minded. friendly, spontaneous person. In my free time i like to cook, travel, meet some friends for a Beer or Wine. It would be great if you also like to socialize maybe over a Beer, Coffee or wine. If you like to stay in your room to have your peace, that is also fine.
As this is a new WG formation, I would also move in together with you on 1st of August, there is also a Kitchen which I took over from the previous tenant, there is a one time price to pay of 250 Euro, which you will get back when you will leave the apartment.
