Hallo Interessent,
das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß (eher 15 qm). Es besitzt eine Dachschräge, die gut genutzt werden kann und dadurch nicht stört (siehe Bilder).
Es besitzt 2 Fenster mit Rollläden, in welche viel Tageslicht hereinkommt, es ist also rund um die Uhr hell.
Weiteres kannt du einfach den Bildern entnehmen. :-)
Die Lage ist Top.
Bei gutem Timing bist du in 2 Minuten in der U-Bahn und zur S-Bahn sind es ca. 5 min.
Einkaufen kannst du auch (DM, Rewe, Bäcker), alles ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 min erreichbar.
Lidl, Handelshof, Aldi erreichst du in ca. 8 min mit dem Rad.
Das WG-Leben um deine potenziellen Mitbewohner ist entspannt.
Alle sind mit Studium oder Arbeit beschäftigt und trotzdem immer offen für ein Gespräch -
wozu die Küche genutzt wird, in welcher sich das WG- Leben abspielt.
Auf ein Bierchen oder Kaffee ist eigentlich auch immer jemand am Start :-)
Ansonsten haben wir eine neue Waschmaschine bekommen, in welche ordentlich was reinpasst, für welche ein Abschlag von 130€ fällig ist.
