Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein und zeigt auf die Innenhofseite ist also vor Lärm ganz gut geschützt.
Kleiner Nachteil ist allerdings das wir kein Esszimmer oder ähnliches haben
Die Wohnung liegt in Bad Cannstatt wenige Minuten vom canstatter Care entfernt. Dort gibt es alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf brauch. Mit der Ubahn ist man in wenigen Minuten im Kurpark ☺️
Wir (Daria und Sanja) sind zwei Freundinnen die für das dritte Zimmer noch jemand neues für unser Team suchen. Wir leben beide bewusst und ein gutes soziales miteinander ist uns wichtig. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und möchten auch jemand der Lust hat sich auf eine neue Bekanntschaft einzulassen und die Wohnung nicht nur als Schlafplatz will.
PS: wir sind beide links und politisch Aktiv. Du musst nicht Aktiv sein aber du solltest schon ein gewisses Menschenbild vertreten, unsere Wohnung ist ne nazifreie Zone und soll das auch bleiben 😉 ansonst sind wir beide aber sehr umgänglich und freuen uns auf dich ☺️
