Die Wohnung gehört einem Immobilienunternehmen und der Vermieter ist wichtig, dass der Mitbewohner einen Arbeitsvertrag hat oder wenn Sie Student sind, müssen Sie Ihre Eltern bitten, diesen zu unterschreiben.
Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist gut und friedlich und wir sorgen immer für Sauberkeit in der Wohnung.

We have a beautiful 17.5 sqm furnished room available in Bad Cannstatt free.
Together we have a bathroom, a large living room, the kitchen, a toilette, and a small balcony.
The apartment is equipped with a PVC floor.
The apartment belongs to a real estate company and the landlord is important that the roommate has an employment contract or if you are a student you need to ask your parents to sign it.
The atmosphere in the apartment is good and peaceful and we always maintain cleanliness in the apartment.
Zur U-Bahn (U13 und U1) sind es ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Zum Wilhelmsplatz
und zum Bahnhof Cannstatt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss.
Sowohl das Einkaufszentrum Cannstatter Carre als auch ein Aldi sind in ca.
10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Viele anderen Läden sind nah gelegen.

The apartment has good connectivity, Bad Cannstatt S - Bahn is 10 min and Uff Kirchoff U Bahn Station is 3 minutes walk.
Carre Mall is just walking for 4 minutes and has Supermarkets such as Lidl and Kaufland.
Also, you can find HnM, New Yorker, etc in the mall
