Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 12qm groß mit Dachschräge.
Die Lage ist optimal für jeden, der ein bisschen dem Stadttrubel entkommen aber auch schnell die Innenstadt erreichen will. Direkt vor dem Haus haben wir eine U-Bahn Station und 700 m entfernt die S-Bahn, also seid ihr in weniger als 15 min in der Innenstadt von der Haustüre aus.
Zu Fuß erreicht man in 10 min einen Penny, ansonsten gibt es auch noch ein paar Gehminuten entfernt Restaurants/Imbisse und richtig gute Pizza.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner werden ich (Janina), Sven, Jonas und Carlo sein. Wir unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen aber du hast auch deine Ruhe wenn du sie brauchst.
Unser Vermieter will eigentlich nur an Studierende vermieten, da er weiß, wie schwer es ist als Student/-in bezahlbaren Wohnraum in Stuttgart zu finden.
