ZWISCHENMIETE: Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Innenhof und hat einen eigenen Zugang zu einem der Balkone. Momentan ist ein Baugerüst an der Hauswand angebracht, sodass der Blick auf den grünen Innenhof leider etwas versperrt ist. Das Zimmer hat ein Bett, eine Kommode die bei Bedarf freigeräumt werden kann und Platz für einen Schrank.

The room faces the backyard and has its own door to one of the balconies. Unfortunately there is scafolding in palce for the moment which blocks the view on the green backyard a wee bit. There is a bed and a small cupboard which can be emptied if needed and space for one more cupboard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau (3. Stock). Direkt neben der Wohnung ist die U-Bahn Haltestelle „Uff-Kirchhof“. Zu Fuß sind mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Carre Cannstatt), der Kurpark-Cannstatt und Selmas Kiosk für alles einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Im Keller und auf dem Dachboden ist für genügend Stauraum gesorgt.
The flat is in a charming turn of the century building (4th floor). Right next to the flat is the U-Bahn station "Uff-Kirchhof". By foot you can easily get to various shopping places and the "Kurpark" to hang out. In the attic and the cellar there's room for stuff of any kinds.
