Unser freies Zimmer ist schön. Derzeit ist es teilmöbliert: Bett, Schrank und Ablage. Besichtigung ist möglich Do 28.4. 16-18h und Fr 29.4. 13-15 h. Live oder mit Skype oder Zoom.
Der Neckar und die Wilhelma liegen nahe bei uns. Im Ergebnis zählt aber der kurze Weg in die Cannstatter Altstadt mit ihren Geschäften und der schnelle Weg zu Straßenbahn und S-Bahn. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und hoch. Ja, fünf Stockwerke müsst ihr steigen, aber es lohnt sich :-)
Wir freuen uns, wenn gesellige Abende in der Küche und auf dem kleinen Balkon möglich sind. Chris, unser Vermieter, bevorzugt Leute mit künstlerischem Hobby.
Die Parksituation für Autos ist nicht gut bei uns. Leute mit Fahrrad - das Haus hat einen Fahrradkeller - oder wer öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzt hat Vorteile.
