Hey zusammen!

da eine Mitbewohnerin auf Reisen geht, wird ihr Zimmer für ein paar Wochen frei.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG, ist ein Altbau und wurde Ende 2016 komplett renoviert. Dein Zimmer ist circa 20qm groß und vollständig möbliert (private Sachen werden entfernt, du hast also genug Platz für Klamotten etc.). Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster mit Rolladen, ist sehr hell und hat altbautypisch schöne, hohe Decken.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist 118qm groß und verfügt über einen großen Balkon zum Innenhof, Fahrradkeller, Dachboden und ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Unseren Eingangsbereich, bzw. Flur haben wir als Gemeinschaftsraum umfunktioniert und eingerichtet. Es gibt ein Bad und ein separates WC, eine bestens ausgestattete Einbauküche und eine Speisekammer. Für genügend Stauraum ist also gesorgt!

The metro stop Daimlerplatz is a 2-minute walk away, and the U2 and U19 are there.
The Wilhelmsplatz Underground Station is 4-5 minutes' walk away, there are U1, U2, U13, U16 and U19.
The S-Bahn trains at Cannstatter Bahnhof are approx. 6 min, from there drive S1, S2, S3 as well as the MEX and you are at the main station in about 4 min.

Die Lage der WG ist top und man ist ein paar Minuten eigentlich überall.
Wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich das Cannstatter Carré mit, Lidl, Kaufland, Müller, Action & co und die Cannstatter Altstadt mit DM, REWE, usw. ist ebenfalls sehr nah.
Im direkten Umfeld befinden sich zudem zwei Cafés, der Kurpark und der Neckar, wo man entspannt spazieren oder gemütlich im Biergarten sitzen kann. Bei der Wilhelma, Mineralbäder, Flora & Fauna und dem Cannstatter Wasen ist man in ca. 10 min zu Fuß, du kannst also vom Volksfest oder Stadion nach Hause laufen ;)

Bei der U-Bahnhaltestelle Daimlerplatz ist man in 2 Gehminuten, dort fahren die U2 und U19.
Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Wilhelmsplatz ist 4-5 Gehminuten entfernt, dort fahren die U1, U2, U13, U16 und U19.
Zu den S-Bahnen am Cannstatter Bahnhof läuft man ca. 6 min, von dort fahren S1, S2, S3 sowie die MEX und man ist in ca. 4 min am Hauptbahnhof.

Du würdest ein paar Wochen zusammen mit Izzy (26), Lena (26) sowie Tobi (28) verbringen.

Unser WG-Leben ist super entspannt und unkompliziert. Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut und verbringen auch mal gerne Zeit zusammen... sodass wir von Mitbewohner*innen schnell zu Freund*innen geworden sind. Wenn es sich ergibt, kochen wir zusammen, gehen in den Biergarten, machen zusammen Sport, oder verbringen spontane WG-Abende zusammen.
Außerdem lädt unser schöner Balkon zu gemeinsamen Aperol-Abenden mit Freunden oder den befreundeten WGs im Haus ein. Alles getreu dem Motto alles kann aber nichts muss.

Schreib uns unbedingt, in welchem Zeitraum du das Zimmer gerne nutzen würdest!
