Das große 15 qm Zimmer liegt in einer toll-geschnittene Wohnung, die sich im ersten OG befindet.
Das Zimmer kann sofort bezogen werden.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde umfassend renoviert und wird nun zum ersten mal wieder vermietet.
Die Wohnung hat kein Durchgangszimmer, alle drei Zimmer sind ähnlich groß (15, 16 und 10 qm) wovon keines ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Der Balkon ist bequem und für alle durch die Küche erreichbar und in der Küche ist genug Platz für einen WG Tisch. Der Balkon ist groß und läd ein zum entspannen mit Freunden.
Ein Energieausweis liegt zur Besichtigung vor. In 2 Kellerräumen können Sie Ihr Hab und Gut bequem aufbewahren.
Küche: In den nächsten Wochen wird eine moderne Einbauküche von Vermieterseite eingebaut, diese ist demnach noch nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen. Bis zum Einbau wird eine einfache Übergangsküche gestellt.

Die Immobilie ist exzellent angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. In Laufnähe befinden sich Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn Anbindung.
Außerdem ist die Wohnung so zentral, dass man fußläufig viele Bars, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Cafes, Ärzte und sogar ein Einkaufszentrum findet. Verschiedene Modegeschäfte, Grün- und Parkanlagen, Fitnessstudios, Bars und eine Buchhandlung finden Sie ebenfalls vor Ort.
Auch aus der Stadt raus und in den Weinbergen ist man schnell.
