Da ich von Mitte Februar bis Mitte April ins Ausland gehe, würde ich gerne mein WG-Zimmer für diese Zeit untervermieten.
Das WG-Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und voll möbliert. 🛋️
Es hat einen Zugang zu einem Balkon, den wir leider nicht betreten dürfen, da das Holz morsch ist. Glücklicherweise kommt aber durch die Balkontür und das Fenster aber viel Licht rein, weshalb das Zimmer sehr hell ist. Dafür haben wir jedoch einen Garten/ Hof, den wir mitbenutzen dürfen.🌱
Die 130qm große WG hat eine schöne und moderne Küche mit Kücheninsel, a die unser Ess- bzw. Gemeinschaftsbereich grenzt. Außerdem haben wir ein Bad mit Badewanne und nagelneuer Waschmaschine, auf die wir besonders stolz sind. Wir haben eine extra Toilette - mega praktisch bei fünf Personen. 🚽
Die WG liegt im schönen Stuttgart-Degerloch. Wir sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, aber auch schnell in der Natur. Alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar, dazu zählen unter anderem DM, Alnatura, Aldi, Edeka, Tedi und Rewe. Von der WG bis zur Ubahn-Haltestelle sind es lediglich zwei Minuten zu Fuß! 🚃
Außerdem fährt die Zacke nach Degerloch, wehalb man auch innnerhalb von 10 Minuten am Marienplatz in Stuttgart-Süd ist.
Die vier Mitbewohner:innen, das sind
- Sophia (24), studiert Ernährungslehre, geht gerne ins Gym und auf Flohmärkte.
- Dennis (23), studiert Biologie und bringt neben vielen Pflanzen auch ein schönes und lautes Lachen mit in die WG
- Janne (21), studiert Sustainability and Change, ist ein fröhlicher und kommunikativer Mensch und lernt gerne neue Menschen kennen.
- Vanessa (21), studiert Kommunikationsdesign und ist die künstlerische Seele unserer WG.
Wir leben gerne zusammen und ein harmonisches Miteinander ist uns wichtig. Damit sich alle wohlfühlen haben wir einen Putzplan, der bisher immer gut funktioniert hat. Wie es die Zeit zulässt, machen wir neben spontanem gemeinsamen Teetrinken in der Küche ab und zu WG-Aktivitäten, wo wir beispielsweise zusammen kochen. 🍷🍲
Die WG liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, allerdings haben wir richtig gute Fenster, die den Schall gelungen abhalten, weshalb man nur von dem Autobrummen was mitbekommt, wenn das Fenster offen ist.
Die Vermieterin weiß über die Untervermietung Bescheid und du würdest über mich als Hauptmieterin einen Untermietvertrag für diese Zeit bekommen.

Since I'm going abroad from mid-February to mid-April, I would like to sublet my shared room for this period. The shared room is approx. 17 square meters and fully furnished. 🛋️ It has access to a balcony, which we are unfortunately not allowed to access because its wood is rotten. There is a lot of light that comes in through the balcony door and window, which is why the room is very bright. We have a small garden/yard that we can use.🌱
The 130sqm shared apartment has a beautiful and modern kitchen with a kitchen island, which borders our dining and common area. We also have a bathroom with a bathtub and a brand new washing machine, which we are particularly proud of. We have an extra toilet - super practical for five people. 🚽
Your four roommates are:
- Sophia (24), studies nutrition science, likes to go to the gym and to flea markets.
- Dennis (23), studies biology and, in addition to lots of plants, also brings a nice, loud laugh to the shared apartment
- Janne (21), studies Sustainability and Change, is a cheerful and communicative person and likes to get to know new people.
- Vanessa (20), studies communication design and is the artistic soul of our shared apartment.
We enjoy living together and harmony is important to us. We have a cleaning schedule that has always worked well so far, so everyone feels comfortable. Sometimes we meet spontaneously in the kitchen and have a tea together 🫖 we occasionally do shared activities where we cook together, for example. 🍷🍲
The shared apartment is right on the main street, but we have really good windows that block out the sound, which is why you only hear the hum of cars when the window is open.
The shared apartment is located in beautiful Stuttgart-Degerloch. We are at the main train station within 10 minutes, but also quickly in nature. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance, including DM, Alnatura, Aldi, Edeka, Tedi and Rewe. It's only a two-minute walk from the shared apartment to the subway stop! 🚃
