Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock in einem Haus voller WGs in Degerloch. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt ist man völlig vor jedem Verkehrslärm geschützt.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 17 m² groß und wegen seiner beiden Fenster sehr hell.
Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert mit einem Bett (140x200 cm), einem großen Kleiderschrank, einer Kommode sowie einem Schreibtisch inklusive Stuhl vermietet.
Die Küche ist voll mit Spül- und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Zum Haus gehört außerdem eine Garage in der Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.

The room is about 17 m² and very bright because of its two windows.
The room is rented fully furnished with a bed (140x200 cm), a large closet, a chest of drawers and a desk including a chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.
The house also has a garage where bicycles can be stored.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig in Stuttgart-Degerloch. Der U-Bahnhof Degerloch liegt 5 Minuten entfernt und bietet eine schnelle Anbindung Richtung Innenstadt. Andere öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie Busse oder die Zahnradbahn sind genauso schnell zu erreichen. Gleichzeitig bestehen in der Nähe verschiedene kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und man ist schnell auf der B27 und der A8.
In Degerloch selbst sind alle wichtigen Geschäfte für das tägliche Leben (Supermärkte, DM, Bäckerei, Frisör, Fitnessstudio usw.) sind in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig und naturnah. Die Sportanlagen und Spazierweg in Waldau sind zu Fuß genauso erreichbar wie die Weinsteige.
The apartment is conveniently located in Stuttgart-Degerloch. The subway station Dergerloch is 5 minutes away and offers a quick connection towards the city center. Other public transport such as buses or the rack railroad can be reached just as quickly. At the same time, there are various free parking facilities nearby and you can quickly reach the B27 and the A8.
In Degerloch itself, all important stores for daily life (supermarkets, DM, bakery, hairdresser, gym, etc.) are within 5 minutes walking distance.
At the same time, the apartment is very quiet and close to nature. The sports facilities and walking path in Waldau are within walking distance as well as the Weinsteige.
In der Wohnung leben aktuell Joevin aus Bukina Faso, der an der Universität Hohenheim promoviert und Marco, der sein Referendariat an der Schule in Degerloch gestartet hat. Das WG Leben mit beiden ist super nett und ungezwungen. Jeder hat Zeit für sich, aber trotzdem ist es keine Zweck WG.
Joevin from Burkina Faso, who is doing his doctorate at the University of Hohenheim, and Marco, who has started his traineeship at the school in Degerloch, currently live in the apartment. The life with both is super nice and informal. Everyone has time for themselves, but there is still a lot of room for socializing.
Zu der Miete kommen noch Strom, Internet und GEZ, etwa 30€ pro Monat.
Der Vermieter stellt zunächst einen Mietvertrag über ein Jahr aus. Wenn man länger bleiben möchte kann der Vertrag verlängert werden. Genauso ist auch eine kürzere Befristung, beispielsweise auf 6 Monate denkbar
