Das Zimmer ist möbeliert mit einem Doppelbett (Bettwäsche und -bezug bitte selbst besorgen), einem Schreibtisch und einem Schrank. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock. Aus dem Zimmer hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohung wurde renoviert und ist in einem guten Zustand.
Bei Interesse kann gerne besichtigt werden, Online-Besichtigungen gehen leider nicht. :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Europa Viertels. Die U-Bahn liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Edeka und Müller einige Meter weiter. Auch zum Lidl kommt man gut zu Fuß. Man kommt mit den Öffentlichen problemlos und ohne umzusteigen zum Hauptbahnhof. Parken kann man die Straße entlang, man findet normalerweise auch immer Parkplätze.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ausgezogen, das heißt momentan lebe ich alleine hier. Ich habe drei Ratten (als Info, falls Allergien oder Phobien bestehen).

Ich schreibe gerade meine Bachelor-Arbeit, für eine Besichtigung habe ich also generell immer Zeit.
Ansonsten wie in jeder WG: ein bisschen darauf achten, dass es nicht zu unordentlich wird. Sonst alles entspannt, ihr könnt gerne Leute nach Hause einladen, gar kein Problem. Alles weitere können wir dann untereinander besprechen.
