The WG is located in a quiet and wonderful neighbourhood in Feuerbach! The house used to belong to the famous pianist Werner Haas so it has been a WG for mostly musicians. Apart from the shared kitchen and bathrooms there is also a grand-piano room with a big library that used to belong to the pianist. The room is located at the 3rd floor and is nice and cosy. Apart from the bed, wardrobe and desk it also comes with a mini freezer. Among the shared rooms is also a laundry room and a washing machine you can use for an extra 5 euros/month as many times as one wants. There is nature all around, a lot of supermarkets within 5 minutes of walking distance, banks, restaurants and the U-Bahn is also within 3 minutes of waliking distance. The people here are friendly and relaxed and will be happy to help with anything but will also respect your privacy.

Die WG liegt in einer ruhigen und wunderschönen Umgebung in Feuerbach! Das Haus gehörte früher dem berühmten Pianisten Werner Haas und war somit eine WG für Musiker. Neben der Gemeinschaftsküche und den Badezimmern gibt es auch ein Flügelzimmer mit einer großen Bibliothek, die früher dem Pianisten gehörte. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist schön und gemütlich. Neben Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch ist auch ein Mini-Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Unter den Mehrbettzimmern befindet sich auch eine Waschküche und eine Waschmaschine, die Sie gegen einen Aufpreis von 5 Euro/Monat beliebig oft nutzen können. Rundherum gibt es Natur, viele Supermärkte in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Banken, Restaurants und die U-Bahn ist ebenfalls in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Leute hier sind freundlich und entspannt. Sie werden gerne bei allem helfen und gemeinsam Aktivitäten unternehmen, aber sie werden auch das Privatleben des anderes respektieren.
