Das Zimmer ist ca 19 qm groß. Du würdest dir ein Bad/WC mit Jonas teilen. Wir haben ein geräumiges Esszimmer und zusätzlich noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Blick über Feuerbach und die Weinberge. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, ebenso wie eine Spülmaschine. Zum Glück!:)
Von der Wohnung zur U-Bahn läuft man ungefähr 8 Minuten. Zum Schlossplatz fährt man 10 Minuten. Im Umkreis von 10 Minuten Fußweg gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte, Friseure, DM, Restaurants, Kneipen etc. In die Weinberge sind’s auch nur 20 min zu Fuß. Parkplätze sind so gut wie alle kostenfrei.
Jonas macht aktuell ein Praktikum bei Bosch, ich (Tobi) arbeite nach meinem Bachelor dieses Jahr im Außendienst für eine dänische Firma. Abends chillen wir ab und zu im Wohnzimmer. Wir wollen absolut keine Zweck wg sein, weswegen es toll wäre, eine/n offenen/witzigen Dude/Dudette hier einziehen zu lassen.
