The room overlooks the forest at the back of the flat and is the largest of the three bedrooms. It is approx. 16 sqm, so there should be enough space for a bed, wardrobe, desk, etc. Apart from the bedroom are two other bedrooms: a kitchen, a balcony, and a large living room.

Das Zimmer liegt mit Blick auf den Wald im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und ist das größte der drei Schlafzimmer. Es ist ca.16 qm² groß sollte also genug Platz für Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch etc. haben. Abgesehen von dem Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, Balkon und ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Keller, ein Dachboden und eine Garage mit Stellplatz.
Very lovely 4-room flat on the 3rd floor (attic) of a multi-family house, in quiet outskirts of Feuerbach. Nice balcony + living room for everyday use. The bathroom and WC are separate.

I'm a student at Hdm and am currently in my compulsory internship. When I'm not working, (weekends still in a bar) you can find me at the gym, Netflixing, or out and about. I like to cook, also together, and am otherwise quite pleasant I would say.
Soy estudiante de Hdm y actualmente estoy haciendo las prácticas obligatorias. Cuando no estoy trabajando, (fines de semana todavía en un bar) me puedes encontrar en el gimnasio, netflixing o fuera de casa. Me gusta cocinar, también juntos y por lo demás soy bastante sociable diría yo.
Ich bin Student an der Hdm und befinde mich momentan in meinem Pflichtpraktikum. Wenn ich nicht arbeite, (Wochenends noch in einer Bar) findet man mich im Gym, netflixen oder unterwegs. Ich koche gerne, auch gemeinsam und bin ansonsten ganz umgänglich würde ich sagen.
There is a direct bus line (5 min walk) to the university in Vaihingen and you can also get to the underground in 15 min. Otherwise, there is a garage, basement, attic, and laundry room.
Hay una línea de autobús directa (5 min a pie) a la universidad en Vaihingen y también se puede llegar al metro en 15 min. Por lo demás, hay garaje, sótano, ático y lavadero.
Es gibt eine Direkte Buslinie (5 min zu Fuß) zur Uni in Vaihingen und auch an der U Bahn ist man in 15 min. Ansonsten gibt es eine Garage Keller, Dachstuhl und Waschküche.
