Hi,
ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer im Zeitraum von 11.09. - 03.11 (nach Rücksprache eventuell noch zwei Wochen länger). Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und wird ausschließlich möbliert vermietet. Das Haus ist ein Altbau aus 1919, die Wohnung selbst wurde Anfang 2022 kernsaniert. Im Haus gibt es zwei weitere WGs.
Das Zimmer könnte ideal für eine(n) Praktikant(in) oder ähnliches sein. Weiblich oder Männlich bis 25 Jahre.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Bis zur Innenstadt dauert es knapp 15 Minuten. Supermärkte sind per Fußweg erreichbar. Ein Auto kann ebenfalls gut in den nahe liegenden Straßen geparkt werden.
Die zwei Mitbewohner machen beide ein duales Studium (Elektrotechnik und Informatik). Beide Jungs sind sehr gesellig und sportlich gut unterwegs. Gerne sitzen wir Abends gemeinsam in der Küche und unternehmen auch sonst hin und wieder unterschiedliche Sachen. Falls jemand mal etwas mehr Privatsphäre will, respektieren wir das aber auch. Insgesamt also ein relativ ausgeglichenes WG-Leben.
