Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Es hat ein schönes rundes Fenster mit viel Licht und einen großen Holzschrank sowie Vorhänge die in der Miete eingeschlossen sind. Es liegt in der Mitte der beiden Zimmer und der Ausblick geht auf die ruhige Straße.

The room is small but very pretty. It has a nice big round window with lots of light coming in. Our landlord left a big wooden closet and curtains to use in the room. The room is in between the two other bedrooms and the view goes to the crossing and a calm street.
Die Wohnung liegt in kurzer Distanz zu den Öffis, schönen Kneipen wie der Alten Schule und fußläufig am Buchwald. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 min mit dem Bus 42 erreichbar. Das Haus hat eine besonders nette Hausgemeinschaft in der man gerne mal im Garten sitzt und im Flur miteinander spricht.

The flat is in close distance to public transportation, nice bars like the Alte Schule and it`s close to the forest Buchwald. The city center is reached in 15min by bus 42. I have to say that the house has a really nice community where people sit in the garden and talk a lot in the hallway.

meine Mitbewohnerin Gabriella sucht eine neue Mitbewohnerin die sich auch auf englisch unterhalten kann, da sie erst seit Oktober 2022 in Deutschland lebt. Sie macht ihren Master als Ingenieurin und hat so auch viel zu tun. Wir haben zuvor manchmal gemeinsames gekocht oder sprechen gerne miteinander. Aber es ist natürlich in Ordnung wenn jeder sein Ding macht.. Mit dir würde noch eine zweite neue Person einziehen:)
Vor dem Haus haben wir einen kleinen Innenhof, der von der Hausgemeinschaft genutzt wird. Die Atmosphäre im Haus ist sehr familiär man spricht miteinander oder sitzt im Sommer zusammen im Hof.

Dear Future Roommate,
my roomate Gabriella is looking for a female flatmate who speaks english as well because she just moved here last autumn. Because she is studying engineering she is quite busy during the week. Of course we like to eat together from time to time before or chat about things, but there is no obligation to do so if you need time for yourself. With you another new person would move in.
In front of the house there is a small garden used by the house community. The atmosphere in the house is very kind and you can talk with each other or sit in the courtyard together.

In den 420€ sind Internet, Nebenkosten und GEZ enthalten. Der Vertrag ist unbefristet und wir sind alle gleich berechtigt. Also gibt es keinen Hauptmieter. Das Zimmer ist schon ab dem 22.05. frei, kann aber bis zum 01.07 bezogen werden. Das müsstest du dann einfach nochmal mit mir besprechen.

The rent of 420€ includes Internet, Livecosts and GEZ. The contract is without an ending and we are all equal. Which means there is no main tenant. The room is free from the 22.05 but can be moved in till 01.07. You just have to talk with me about the contract.
