grosses, sehr hohes und sehr helles Zimmer mit Erker und insgesamt 5 Fenstern im 3 Stock. ein Fernseher 40 Zoll und ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen ist vorhanden und kann gerne genutzt werden, ist aber natürlich kein Muss. Netflix und schnelles Internet sind vorhanden.
zentral im Heusteigviertel gelegen, Haltestelle Österreichischer Platz ist in 3 min. zu erreichen, der nächste Lidl in 3 min., das Gerber in 4 min. extrem gutes Café ist direkt im Haus. Kneipen, Restaurants sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Patrick ist 25 und studiert berufsbegleitend Steuerrecht und ist oftmals im Schwarzwald über das Wochenende. Ich nutze mein Zimmer 2-3x die Woche als ausgelagertes Homeoffice und bin abends und am Wochenende nie da. Ich würde uns als eher ruhig aber sehr sympathisch beschreiben.
In den Nebenkosten sind Internet, Netflix, Heizung, Strom usw. enthalten. Kochgeschirr und Töpfe sind vorhanden und können gerne genutzt werden. Bei Fragen einfach fragen.
