Das Zimmer hat ca 20 qm. Es ist Hell und hat einen Balkon.
Möbel wie Bett, Sofa, Schrank und Tisch können übernommen werden.
U-Bahn Station Kaltental ist im Tal und zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, genauso wie der Bus der innerhalb von 5 Minuten direkt zur Universität Stuttgart nach Vaihingen fährt. Nach Stuttgart ins Stadtzentrum braucht man auch nur 15-20 Min.
Der nächste Einkaufsladen ist ein Aldi in Heslach. Das ist nur 2 Stationen mit der U1 entfernt oder 5 min mit dem Auto.
Deine möglichen Mitbewohner sind Julian und Tim. Beide studieren noch und sind für jeden Spaß zu haben.
Generell haben wir ein sehr familiäres WG-Leben, die Türen sind immer offen. Die Küche ist ein Treffpunkt um zusammen etwas zu Essen oder ein Feierabendbier reinzustellen. Dein Zimmer dient dir als Rückzugsort, wo du auch einfach nur deine Ruhe haben kannst.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Waschmaschine Spülmaschine etc.
