Hallo, ich vermiete mein 12qm großes Zimmer für 350€ (330€ Warmmiete, 20€ für GEZ + Internet) für den Zeitraum 15.08.-31.10.2022. Es hell und wird nachmittags bis abends durch die zwei Fenster mit Sonne durchflutet.
Zur Wohnung: Wir haben eine mittelgroße Küche mit einer Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Gasherd und Waschmaschine. Auch sonst sind wir mit allem an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Zur Küche gehört ein kleiner Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer gemeinsam sitzen und quatschen kann. Unser Bad ist zwar klein, aber reicht durchaus zum täglichen Gebrauch aus.

About the apartment: We have a medium-sized kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove and washing machine. Also otherwise we are equipped with all the dishes and kitchen utensils. To the kitchen belongs a small balcony, where you can sit together and chat in the summer. Our bathroom is small, but is quite sufficient for daily use.
Die Lage ist super, in wenigen Minuten ist man sowohl bei der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Rosenberg-/Seidenstraße als auch bei den gleichnamigen Bushaltestellen. Stuttgarts Stadtmitte erreicht man mit der U-Bahn in ca. 5min oder zu Fuß in ca. 15min. Auch zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 5min Fahrt mit dem Bus oder 17min zu Fuß.
In direkter Nähe befinden sich außerdem ein Rewe und Lidl zum Einkaufen, die Liederhalle, Uni Stuttgart und die Hochschule für Technik.
The location is great, in a few minutes you can reach the subway stop Rosenberg-/Seidenstraße as well as the bus stops of the same name. Stuttgart's city center can be reached by subway in about 5min or on foot in about 15min. The main train station is also only a 5min bus ride or a 17min walk away.
In the immediate vicinity are also a Rewe and Lidl for shopping, the Liederhalle, University of Stuttgart and the University of Applied Sciences.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen Deborah und Lisa sind sehr nett, ordentlich und kommunikativ. Sie sind unkompliziert und verstehen sich eigentlich mit jedem. Ab September wird es jedoch einen kleinen Personenwechsel geben, da Lisa Ende August auszieht und wir aktuell noch eine*n Nachfolger*in für ihr Zimmer suchen. Wir führen respektvolles und geselliges Miteinander, wobei sich jeder natürlich ab und zu in sein Zimmer zurückziehen kann. Wir mögen es ordentlich und sauber, so dass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Bei uns gibt es zwar kein Gemeinschaftszimmer, aber dafür haben wir zum gemeinsamen Essen und Spielen einen Klapptisch im Flur.
My roommates Deborah and Lisa are very nice, neat and communicative. They are uncomplicated and actually get along with everyone. Starting in September, however, there will be a small change of people, since Lisa will be moving out at the end of August and we are currently looking for a successor for her room. We live together in a respectful and sociable way, but of course everyone can retreat to his or her room from time to time. We like it neat and clean, so that everyone can feel comfortable. We do not have a common room, but we do have a folding table in the hallway for eating and playing together.
