bei uns wir ein Zimmer frei, welches unmöbliert vermietet wird. Falls dir der Platz in deinem Zimmer nicht reicht, kannst du noch einen kompakten Schrank im Flurbereich mitbenutzen.
Die Gesamtmiete (inkl. Strom, Heizung, Internet und GEZ) beträgt 295 €. Es fallen keine weitere Kosten an. Hinzu kommt noch eine Kaution in Höhe von 750 €. Für 80€/Monat kann auch ein Stellplatz in der vorhandenen Tiefgarage gemietet werden.
Wir suchen jemanden, der unbefristet in das Zimmer geht.
In der Wohnung haben wir eine voll eingerichtete Küche, getrenntes Bad und Toilette, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer/Flur mit einer Couch, welche als WG-Mittelpunkt dient. Eine Spülmaschine (ganz wichtig) und eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

We have a room available, which is rented unfurnished. If you don't have enough space in your room, you can also use a compact wardrobe in the hallway.
The total rent (including electricity, heating, internet and GEZ) is 295 €. There are no further costs. In addition, there is a deposit of 750 €. For 80€/month a parking space can also be rented in the existing underground garage.
We are looking for someone who will go into the room indefinitely.
In the apartment we have a fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, a living room/hallway with a couch, which serves as the WG center. A dishwasher (very important) and a washing machine are also available.
Die zentrale Lage am Olgaeck ist unschlagbar. Den Schlossplatz erreicht man zu Fuß in 6 Minuten, zu den Öffentlichen sind es 3 Minuten und wenn man eine schöne Aussicht haben möchte, erreicht man den Eugensplatz oder die Uhlandshöhe ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs (Edeka, Lidl) sind mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Sofern man das Café Moody kennt, hat man sogar eine Bar direkt gegenüber. Aber auch andere Restaurants und charmante Cafés, die sehr zu empfehlen sind, befinden sich gefühlt um die Ecke.

The central location at Olgaeck is unbeatable. You can reach Schlossplatz in 6 minutes on foot, the public transport in 3 minutes and if you want to have a nice view, you can also reach Eugensplatz or Uhlandshöhe in a short time on foot. All stores for daily use (Edeka, Lidl) can be reached with a few steps. Provided you know the Café Moody, you even have a bar directly across the street. But also other restaurants and charming cafes, which are highly recommended, are felt around the corner.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner - Javi, Tobi und Dani - suchen Dich als neue/n MitbewohnerIn in der wunderschönen WG in der U23. Javi arbeitet als robotics engineer bei Bosch, Tobi macht gerade seinen Master und arbeitet als Werkstudent in der Landesbank und Dani ist gerade im Bachelorstudium an der HdM und arbeitet nebenbei im Marketing.
Die WG ist sehr unkompliziert und offen. Oft kommt man abends zum Kochen in der Küche zusammen und versackt anschließend auf der Couch. Für einen Abstecher in die Stadt, zu einem entspannten Bier bei Sonnenuntergang, ist man ebenfalls immer zu haben. Gemeinsame Gym-Sessions stehen hin und wieder auch auf dem Programm. Im Frühling /Sommer springt dann auch häufig eine gemeinsame Runde Tischtennis oder ein gemeinsames Grillen im Innenhof des Gebäudes bei raus. Da Javi aus Spanien kommt, wird auch viel auf Englisch kommuniziert. Dies sollte kein Problem für dich sein.
Grundsätzlich sind wir keine Zweck WG und das Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig.

Your new roommates - Javi, Tobi and Dani - are looking for you as a new roommate in the beautiful shared apartment in the U23. Javi works as a robotics engineer at Bosch, Tobi is currently doing his master's degree and works as a working student at the Landesbank and Dani is currently studying for his bachelor's degree at the HdM and works in marketing.
The WG is very uncomplicated and open. We often get together in the evening to cook in the kitchen and then chill in the couch. We are always up for a relaxed beer at sunset. Joint gym sessions are also on the agenda every now and then. In spring and summer, we sometimes play table tennis together or have a barbecue in the backyard. Since Javi comes from Spain, we communicate a lot in English. This should not be a problem for you.
Basically, we are not a purpose WG and living together is important to us.
Es wäre schön wenn du etwas über dich erzählen würdest (was du machst, welche Hobbies du hast, bisherige WG-Erfahrung und alles was du sonst als wichtig erachtest). Links zu Social Media sind natürlich auch gerne gesehen.
