Subletting my room as i am leaving home for holidays.
The room will be available from 30.07 to 30.09. It is also possible to negotiate a reasonable price for you.
I live in an apartment with 3 other people, they are very nice and friendly.
The room is very bright and has a good view.
The room is equipped with all necessary furniture: bed (pillow, blanket), school desk, chair, wardrobe, book shelves. There is also an iron, a large lamp and a mirror.
One kitchen for all 4 rooms and 2 toilets and one bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need, from any dishes to any appliances. There is also a large dining table with chairs and a lot of shelves and storage cabinets, as well as a large refrigerator.
On the lowest floor there is a laundry room: 3 washing machines and 1 dryer, plus there is also a large room where you can hang your clothes and dry there.
The location is very good, I would say perfect. 10 minutes walk to Milaneo and the main station, 5 minutes walk to a grocery store "netto", there are a lot of good and affordable restaurants nearby.
There is no problem with transport, there are 2 stations nearby: Stockach, Neckartor, where U1, U2, U4, U9, U11, U14, U21 are available. Buses are also available and are located near these stations.
There is a very large park with a pond on the back of the building, where you can jog, do yoga or just walk and have picnics.
The roommates are very good and responsive, they will help with everything you need. I live with 2 males and one female.
I think they will also leave for a vacation so the whole apartment will be only at your disposal.
