Spacious room (14.5 squared meters) with size double bed (140cm x 200cm) very nicely illuminated, equipped with modern underfloor heating system that can be regulated from the room. The flat has a big cozy open space in the living room.
Less than 10 minutes by foot from the S-bahn station Statdmitte, and directly in front of the U-bahn station Schloß-/Johannesstraße, this flat is in one of the best zones of Stuttgart, between the West and Center region. There are a lot of good restaurants near the flat, and also super markets and general shops.
The flatmates, Lucas and Paula, are both German and fluent in English. They are currently attending university and are really fun to stay around. They love to share moments together but at the same time can give you your privacy. They are both respectful and tidy.
I am leaving the flat and don’t speak German, but in case you don’t talk english don’t worry, German is spoken by every component of the flat.
