Großes Altbauzimmer in 3er WG in Stuttgart Mitte

Die Wohnung befindet in der Friedenstraße. Wenn man seinen Kopf aus dem Fenster streckt sieht man die Friedenskirche. Gleich nebenan ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen und weitere Supermärkte befinden sich fußläufig in der Neckarstraße. Zur U-Bahn Station „Neckartor“ läuft man 2 Minuten und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Die Lage ist also super zentral.

The apartment is centrally located on the Friedenstrase next to the Friedenskirche. The apartment is neighbored by a Turkish store at one end of the street and an Indian store at the other. Supermarkets are just a short walk away. The U Bahn station Neckartor is within a 2 minute walk or a 30 second sprint. The HBF is 10 minutes on foot.

Du wirst mit Vaibhav und Isi zusammenwohnen. Unsere WG-Konstellation ändert sich aktuell einmal komplett. Vaibhav bleibt aus der alten WG wohnen und Isi wird zu Anfang März einziehen. Insofern freuen wir uns auf einen Neustart mit dir! :)
Vaibhav ist 24 und Entwicklungsingenieur. Er ist absoluter Jazz-Fan und selbst ein begnadeter Sänger. Seine alten Mitbewohner sagen ihm nach, dass er das beste Butter Chicken kocht! Er liebt lange Spaziergänge und freut sich über Gesellschaft im Gym.
Isi ist 34 und fängt eine neue Stelle als Ärztin in einem Krankenhaus in Stuttgart an und arbeitet im Schichtdienst. Sie mag gutes Essen, Dokus, stricken, Sport und Flohmärkte. Da sie neu in Stuttgart ist, freut sie sich über gute Tipps und Begleitung für Cafés.
Wir freuen uns auf ein neues Mitglied in unserer WG, der/die Lust hat sich einzubringen und eine offene Kommunikation nicht scheut. Da wir zwei auch noch nicht zusammen wohnen gibt es massig Spielraum zur Gestaltung unserer WG-Zusammenlebens ;)

Currently, our apartment faces a change of constelation. You’ll be moving in with Vaibhav and Isi. Vaibhav is 24. He is a development engineer who loves blues and jazz. He loves to cook his butter chicken, some say the recipe is to die for. Other than that, he loves good company, long walks and hitting the gym.
Isi is 34 and is starting a new job as a doctor in a hospital in Stuttgart and works shifts. She enjoys good food, documentaries, knitting, sports and flea markets. Since she is new in Stuttgart, she is happy to receive good tips and guidance for cafés.
We are looking forward to a new member in our shared apartment who wants to get involved and is not afraid of open communication. Since the two of us don't live together yet, there is a lot of scope for shaping our shared life together ;)
