**Mitbewohner/in gesucht in Stuttgart Mitte**
Hallo zusammen,
vor ein paar Wochen bin ich in diese gemütliche Wohnung in Stuttgart Mitte gezogen und suche nun nach einem Mitbewohner für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben. Ich bin 29, arbeite Vollzeit und bin 1-2 Mal die Woche im Home Office tätig. In meiner Freizeit treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden zum Sport machen, Restaurants testen oder auf ein Bierchen.
Das Haus ist von Familien bewohnt, daher ist es hier eher ruhig und nicht geeignet für Partys. Mir ist es wichtig, jemanden zu finden, der eine nette Person ist und Wert auf ein angenehmes Zusammenleben legt. Ob es dann eher eine Zweck-WG ist oder man Mal gemeinsam kocht oder Netflix schaut, ist beides für mich in Ordnung. Ideal wäre es, wenn du ein Wochenendpendler bist.

A few weeks ago, I moved into this cozy apartment in Stuttgart Mitte and am now looking for a roommate for harmonious cohabitation. I am 29, work full-time, and am in the home office 1-2 times a week. In my free time, I enjoy meeting friends for sports, trying out restaurants, or grabbing a beer.
The house is inhabited by families, so it's rather quiet here and not suitable for parties. It's important for me to find someone who is a nice person and values pleasant living together. Whether it's more of a practical flatshare or we occasionally cook together or watch Netflix, both are fine with me. Ideally, you would be a weekend commuter.
