Wir, Sascha (28) und Hendrik (25), suchen für unsere WG einen netten Zwischenmieter/in für die Monate Mai und Juni. Wir sind aber auch flexibel, falls der Zeitraum nicht ganz für dich passt. :)
Es handelt sich um ein helles, vollmöbliertes Zimmer mit 16 m².
Die damals frisch renovierte Wohnung haben wir Anfang Oktober 2015 bezogen. Die Wohnung setzt sich aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche (Spülmaschine) mit angrenzendem Balkon, Bad (Waschmaschine + Trockner), Toilette (räumlich vom Bad getrennt) und drei Zimmern zusammen, liegt im zweiten Stock und hat ~100 m². Einen Festnetz Anschluss gibt es bei uns nicht, dafür 200m/bits Internet (natürlich alles drum und dran bei den 462 Euro im Monat inkludiert :))
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und umfasst folgende Einrichtungsgegenstände:
- Bett mit inkl. Matratze (140x200cm)
- Höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch
- Boxsack
- Hängemattenstuhl
- Pflanzen
- Schreibtisch zum basteln/malen
- Kleiderschrank
- Bücherregal
- 1 Raumteiler Regal
Beste Sache des Zimmers: Die Sonne, die einen direkt ins Gesicht schweint, wenn man morgens die Rollos auf macht :-)

We, Sascha (28) and Hendrik (25), are looking for a nice temporary tenant for our shared flat for the months of May and June. But we are also flexible if the period doesn't quite suit you. :)
It is a bright, fully furnished room with 16 m².
We moved into the newly renovated apartment at the beginning of October 2015. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen (dishwasher) with adjoining balcony, bathroom (washing machine + dryer), toilet (spatially separated from the bathroom) and three rooms, is located on the second floor and has ~100 m². There is no landline connection, but 200m/bits internet.
The room is rented furnished and includes the following furnishings:
- Bed with incl. mattress (140x200cm)
- Height-adjustable desk

- 1 room divider shelf
Best thing about the room: The sun that shines directly into your face when you open the blinds in the morning :-)
Unsere WG liegt super zentral in Stuttgart, mit knappen 10min Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt, und mehreren direkt anliegenden Bus- (42,40) und Bahnhaltestellen (U9, U14, U1, U15,…). Also wenn du spät aus der Stadt heimwillst, musst du dich nicht um den Nachtbus kümmern. Zudem ist der Weg zu diversen Supermärkten nicht weit, Asia/Döner/Bäcker/Café/Alkoholladen sind direkt um die Ecke.

Our shared flat is very centrally located in Stuttgart, with a 10-minute walk to the main train station and the city center, and several bus (42,40) and train stops (U9, U14, U1, U15,...) right next to it. So if you want to get home late from the city, you don't have to worry about the night bus. In addition, it's not far to various supermarkets, Asia/Döner/Bäcker/Café/Alkoholladen are just around the corner.
In deiner zukünftigen Wg wirst du mit Sascha (studiert Wirtschaft) und Hendrik (studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik) zusammenwohnen. Wir führen ein offenes Wg leben, sind gute Freunde und eher entspannt unterwegs. Kommunikation generell ist uns sehr wichtig. Da wir den Luxus eines Wohnzimmers genießen, wird es entsprechend regelmäßig genutzt. Sei es für Brettspielabende, zum streaming abend oder einfach zum abhängen. Krieg mit den Nachbarn gibts deswegen zum Glück nicht.

In your future shared flat you will be living with Sascha (studying economics) and Hendrik (studying business informatics). We live an open flat-share life, are good friends and tend to be relaxed. Communication in general is very important to us. As we enjoy the luxury of a living room, we use it regularly. Whether it's for board game evenings, watching netflix or just hanging out. Fortunately, we also have super relaxed neigbours :-)
