Hello, My name is Seohyun Kim and I live in Heilmannstrase4B now. I am exchange student in Stuttgart, but I will leave Germany on 30th June. I made a contract with flat until 31th August, so my room is empty during 1st July - 31th August. I want to find someone who will sublent my room for 2months. I share my flat with 5 people. There is kitchen and cooking tools ofcourse, and two bathrooms. My room furnished, included desk, chair, closet, bed and shelfs. It’s 284euro for month and deposit is 400euro, but you will definitely pay back your full deposit after finish your 2months contract. Ofcourse you will be concerned of the contract, you and I will check the term for room with housemeister together. There you can check everything. I am sure you can do Anmeldun with my room.
