Suche gerade Nachmieter für mein Zimmer ab 01. Mai. 2019. Idealerweise vor 15. Mai.
Die ganze Wohnung ist ganz neu renoviert in sehr ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage mit einem riesigen Balkon(passt locker 10 Leute im Sommer grillen ;) Das Zimmer ist hell und groß genug zu wohnen und man fühle sich wie zuhause.
- 3min Fußweg zur Ubahn Stelle Staatgalerie (U1/U2/U4/U9/U14)
- Buslinie 40, 42. Und mit dem Bus 42, Bus40 dauert es nur 2min zur Stuttgart Hbf.
Wir suchen eine ordentliche, sympathisch Person, die mit anderen zurechtkommen und z.B. IM Sommer zusammen im Balkon chill, Bier trinken und grillen und Spaß haben kann, also keine Zweck-WG.
2 Mitbewohner sind Alaa(28) berufstätig, und Florian(20) macht gerade duales Studium.
Das Zimmer is mit einem großen Schrank und ich möchte meines Bett 1,4 x 2,0m (inkl. Matratze) mit einer Ablösesumme von 150€ hier lassen.
Putzplan und Hausordnung sind selbstverständlich und braucht man doch nicht alles erklären.
Wenn du wirklich denkst dass du gut in unsere WG passt, bitte schreib uns etwas über dich;) Einfach Copy/Paste sind nicht erwartet und hat einfach weniger Chance.
