Das Zimmer hat drei Fenster, es ist ziemlich groß und hat einen tollen Holzboden. Es hat sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Der ist super zum Chillen und Lesen oder fürs Wäsche Aufhängen. Es gibt zwei große Heizungsanlagen, die den Raum im Winter warm und gemütlich halten.
The room has three windows, it is quite big and has awesome wooden floor. It even has a small balcony. It is particularly nice for chilling and reading, or simply hanging your laundry. There are two large heaters which keeps the room warm and cozy in winter.
Das Haus liegt direkt neben dem Hotel Meridien. Es ist ca. 30 Sekunden vom U-Bahnhof Staatsgalerie entfernt. Viele Ziele wie den Charlottenplatz, den HBF und den Schlossplatz erreichst du in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ansonsten kannst du mit der U-Bahn in 7-8 Minuten zum Marienplatz fahren.
The house is right next to the hotel Meridien. It is about 30 seconds away from Ubahn station Staatsgalerie. You can walk to many destinations like charlottenplatz, hbf, schlossplatz within 10 minutes. Otherwise you can take the ubahn and get to marienplatz in 7-8 minutes.
Wir sind internationale Menschen aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt. Du kannst sicherlich deine Ruhe in deinem Zimmer genießen, wenn du dich "aufladen" musst, ansonsten genießen wir es, in unserem fantastischen Wohnzimmer chillen oder einen Film auf der großen Leinwand mit unserem Projektor anzusehen.
Wir gehen manchmal zusammen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne im Park oder einen Rave, hängt von der Stimmung ab :)
We are international people from different parts of the world. You can surely enjoy your own time in your room if you need to recharge, otherwise we enjoy hanging out in our awesome living room or watch a movie on the huge screen with our projector.
We sometimes go out together for a nice day in the sun in the park or a rave, depends on the mood :)
Die anfängliche Mietdauer ist für den Anfang auf den 31. Dezember festgesetzt. Dies ist so, weil unser Vermieter das Haus renovieren möchte und das dauert ungefähr 2-3 Monate. Du kannst dann sofort wieder einziehen, wenn du willst.
The initial rental period is set until 31. December for the beginning. This is so because our landlord wants to renovate the house and thats going to take about 2-3 months. You can then move right back in if you wish so.
