Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und einen hochwertigen und sehr großen, weißen Einbauschrank.
Das Zimmer hat einen hellgrauen Teppichboden. Die jetzige Mieterin hat einen Laminat darüber gelebt. Der Laminat, das Bett sowie zwei weiße Regal können von der jetzigen Mieterin für 250 Euro abgekauft werden.
U-Bahn Haltestelle Charlottenplatz/Rathaus in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schlossplatz ist in 7-10 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Auch Lidl und Edeka sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Viertel ist sehr schön und hat viele tolle Cafés und Restaurants.
Wir sind Tabea und Johanna und wir wohnen schon 3 1/2 Jahre in dieser WG. Wir quatschen gerne bei einem Kaffee oder Tee, essen gerne zusammen und lieben es abends (bei einem Glas Wein) einen Film oder eine Serie zu schauen.
