Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 21qm. Das Fenster ist angenehm groß, sodass viel Tageslicht in das Zimmer kommt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG und verfügt über insg. vier Zimmer, ein Bad, ein seperates WC, eine Küche mit einem weiteren kleinen Balkon sowie einen geräumigen Flur.
**** Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Bei Bedarf ist es aber möglich die Möbel zu einem fairen Preis vom Vormieter zu kaufen

The room is a cozy 21 square meters. The window is large, so you have plenty of light in the room all day long. The apartment is quite large and well laid out. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and also has a bathroom, a separate toilet and a spacious hallway.
**** The room is unfurnished, however you can buy the existing furniture for a fair price.

Wir sind eine internationale WG bestehend aus Inken (28) aus Deutschland und Fabrizio (27) aus Italien. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und unternehmen gerne Dinge zusammen, unterhalten uns bei einem Glas Wein in der Küche oder kochen zusammen.
Wir sind alle berufstätig und gut beschäftigt aber machen sonst auch am Wochenende gerne etwas zusammen.
Natürlich ist es aber auch völlig in Ordnung, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht und die Tür zumacht.
Wir haben einen Putzplan und Sauberkeit sollte kein Fremdwort für dich sein.

We are an international flatshare. We are Inken (28) from Germany and Fabrizio (27) from Italy. We like to hangout with each other, chat over a glass of wine and cook with each other.
We all work so we have busy schedules, but we always organise plans together on the weekend.
Natürlich wird aber auch respektiert wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht :)
Sauberkeit sollte kein Fremdwort für Dich sein.
Die Wohnung ist renoviert (kein Altbau) und enthält mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine alles was man so braucht.
Falls du ein Fahrrad hast oder sonstige Sachen unterbringen möchtest, bietet die Fahrradgarage einen sicheren Platz.
In den 65€ sind die Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet) enthalten. Wir suchen jemanden, der längerfristig bei uns wohnen möchte. Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet. 😊

The apartment is renovated and contains everything you need with a washing machine and dishwasher.
If you have a bike or want to store other things, the bicycle garage offers enough space.
The 65 € include utilities (electricity, heating, water, internet). The contract is open-ended. 😊
