There will be is now only 1 room available
Room 1: is located next to the living room/wohnzimmer. It is on a corner so benefits from 2 sky lights and also a window on another wall. The room is fully furnished and so is the entire home. You will only have to bring yourselves and a good sense of humour! The room fits a double bed / wardrobe / and all other necessary furniture. (see pictures, its the blue blanket bed - I have changed around the room a little so there are 2 photos so you can see how the space can be worked. Its a beautiful space where it's warm and bright.
We are located as close to the centre as possible. Sophienstraße in the stadtmitte, we are next to österreichischer Platz and only 5 minutes from Rotebuhlplatz where you can find all connections to the Hauptbahnhof S and U lines.
Surrounded in good places to eat and minutes from the city centre. Top Lage!!!
The Flat is a beautiful open plan living and dining, again we are located on aa corner so the property benefits from so much light and also a beautiful breeze in the summer. The rooms all have large sky lights and come furnished.
The WG is 3 people and therefor 3 rooms. There is a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and also a separate toilet (which is so unbelievably important in a wg)!!
2 of us are now moving out due to our jobs turning full-time 'Home office' and needing to find an apartment with an extra room for us to work from. We love our home and our remaining flatmate and only plan to move 2 streets away so im certain we will all be seeing each often.
Those moving out: Myself Lottie (UK 24) and Dunya (GERMAN 29) The flatmate remaining: Wonderful Yash (INDIAN 30).
From me and Dunya about Yash: Yash is one of the nicest and funniest people that we have met, not only is he full of so much ridiculous knowledge he is also full of facts and opinions that we could explore for hours! He loves to hike and we barely saw him all Sumer as every weekend he was in the Alps!! He loves to travel and has explored lots of the world already! (for sure not enough and I know that this corona situation is driving him mad!!) He dives (not well) makes amazing chai! and is active and sporty.
He is a software engineer/project manager and works very hard. He's always busy in the day so it keeps the house perfectly balanced and it never feels too busy even during this quarantine. He's a good balance of silence and conversation!!

We are looking for a couple of people that will enjoy the life of a WG, there is so much space here. We've worked really hard to make the place a home and now we would love to have new people to do the same.
Landlord is very relaxed and only asks for a small deposit 800
The whole building renters are all around 25 - 35 years old so its suited to a WG life.
Theres bicycle storage out the back with a locked gate, also a huge Keller.
We are 2 minutes from everything centre or Platz, Also only 10 minutes from the TeeHaus and those views over beautiful stuttgart.
