Da ich zum 01.04.21 aus der schönen WG ausziehen werde suche ich schnellstmöglichen einen Nachfolger für mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist mit 24qm sehr großzügig geschnitten und ist super hell aufgrund der 3 Fenster. Das Zimmer ist mit sehr stylischen & hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet.
Die WG befindet sich mitten im charmanten Heusteigviertel mit einem besonderem Flair. Zahlreiche kleine Cafe‘s, Espresso Bars & Kiosk sind quasi vor der Haustür sowie Supermärkte in der Nähe . Die Haltestelle Österreichischer Platz erreicht man fußläufig in 5 min und die Innenstadt in ca. 10 min.
Da die WG komplett neu besetzt wird kannst du ab dem 01.04. mit bestimmen wer hier einziehen soll. Du hast Freunde die auch eine WG beziehen möchten? Es gibt noch 2 kleinere Zimmer in der Wohnung die aktuell frei wären :)
