Einfache typische Stuttgarter Altbauwohnung an neuzugründende WG zu vermieten. 3 Zimmer zum Schlafen geeignet.
Zimmer 1 ca. 20qm, Zimmer 2 ca. 18qm und Zimmer 3 ca. 12qm.Wohnung hat ca. 81qm plus ca. 3qm Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. In den Nebenkosten sind 150€ für Hausmeisterdienst, d.h. keine Kehrwoche, kein Winterdienst ist zu entrichten, Abfallentsorgung und allgemeine Stromkosten für Beleuchtung im Hausflur. Ich habe zusätzlich ca 150€ im Monat für Gas und Strom bezahlt. Kosten hierfür hängen natürlich am jeweiligen Verbrauch. Geheizt und gekocht wird mit Gas. Großer Flur. . In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Schloßplatz und in einer halben Minute an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Dobelstraße. Ich würde eine Person in der Wohnung zum Hauptmieter benennen, der die Verantwortung für Nachmieter und so weiter regelt. Zum Abstellen von Kruscht, stehen 2 Keller zur Verfügung, zusammen ca 12qm.
Ist halt etwas unordentlich zum Zeitpunkt der Fotos, aber ich wohne ja auch noch mit meinen Kindern in der Wohnung.
