Helles Zimmer in WG mit Garten in Stuttgart Mitte-Ost

Die WG ist 2 Minuten von der U Bahnstation Payerstraße entfernt. Die WG befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus (ansonsten wohnt hier eine Familie, ein Herr und die Vermieterin) und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und in der Nähe von einem Wald. Allerdings ist man innerhalb von Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mit den Staffeln braucht man zu Fuß 10 Minuten bis zum Olgaeck & Eugensplatz, 15 Min. zum Charlottenplatz und 20 Minuten am Schlossplatz. Mit der Bahn sind es jeweils 6 Minuten, 8 Minuten, und 10 Minuten.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind entweder beim Olgaeck: Lidl, Edeka, iranischer Lebensmittelmarkt. Da in der Nähe gibt es auch einen Rewe. Beim Bubenbad (5 Min. zu Fuß von der WG) gibt es auch eine Bäckerei mit hausgemachten Leckereien und eine Metzgerei. Bei der Heidehofstraße gibt's auch mehrere Cafés und noch eine Bäckerei.

The WG is 2 minutes from the U Bahn Station Payerstraße. The WG is in a building that we share with a family and the landlady. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to a woods. However, it's only a matter of minutes to the city center. With the stairs it takes 10 minutes by foot to Olgaeck & Eugensplatz, 15 Minutes to Charlottenplatz and 20 minutes to Schlossplatz. With the U-Bahn it's about 6 minutes, 8 minutes and 10 minutes.

There are many shopping possibilities near Olgaeck: Lidl, Edeka, an iranian market. There in the area there is also a Rewe. By Bubenbad which is 5 minutes by foot there is a bakery with homemade treats and a meat & cheese shop. By Heidehofstraße there are many cafés and another bakery.

Wir uns auf alle möglichen Bewerber aus allen Ländern & Bereichen. Die WG hat viele unterschiedlichen Konstellationen erlebt. Zum Anfang war es eine Musiker WG, dann war es eine internationale WG. Gerade ist es eher eine Techie WG: Wir sind Jan (VFX Student aus NRW), Ahmed (KI-Genie aus Cairo), Esther (Versicherungs-Data-Science-Sozialwissenschaftlerin aus einem 100 Einwohner Dorf) und Noah (Versicherungsberater -- gerade ist er aber wegen Home Office nicht hier).

Uns ist Offenheit & Lust auf Menschen extrem wichtig. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir quatschen öfters gemeinsam in der Küche, manchmal kochen wir zusammen. Zu Ramadan haben wir öfters syrische & ägyptische Speisen gekocht. Es gab Beamer und Kino Abende & Shawarma Exkursionen. Im Garten wird manchmal gegrillt. Allerdings sind wir alle berufstätig oder Student*innen also kann es auch sein, dass man längere Zeit in seinem Zimmer verbringt. Uns ist Sauberkeit auch sehr wichtig. Wir haben einen Putzplan an dem wir uns halten und die Küche soll nach dem Kochen genauso sauber sein wie davor.

We are happy to hear from all applicants from all countries & work areas. This WG has had many different constellations. Initially it was a WG of musicians, then for years it was an international WG. Now it's currently a Techie WG: We are Jan (visual effects student from NRW), Ahmed (a KI-Programming Genius from Cairo), Esther (an insurance-data-science-social-scientist from a village with 100 people), and Noah (an insurance representative -- but because of home office he is not currently in the WG).

For us openness & sociability is very important. We often chit chat spontaneously in the kitchen and sometimes we cook together. During Ramadan we often had extravagant dinners with Syrian & Egyptian cuisines. We had beamer and cinema nights and shawarma excursions. Sometimes we grill in the garden. That being said, everyone works a job / has their studies, so time alone is also important. Cleanliness is also very important to us. Everyone has their allocated cleaning tasks and the kitchen should be as clean after cooking as it was before.

Das WG Zimmer ist ab Anfang Juni oder Juni möglich. Besichtigungen sind ab dem 17.05 möglich.
