Die Lage ist unschlagbar – der Feuersee (mit seinen Bars und Restaurants) liegt um die Ecke, die Stadtmitte liegt fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und vom S-Bahnhof Feuersee erreicht man leicht sowohl den Hauptbahnhof als auch den Flughafen.
Es gibt auch ein Restaurant und ein Bar am Gartenende.
