Das freie Zimmer hat ca 15 qm und ist schön hell. Wer sich morgens gerne von der Sonne wecken lässt kann den Rollladen oben lassen den das Fenster zeigt nach Osten.
Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbiliert und enthält einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal und ein Bett (ohne Lattenrost und Matratze).
Die U-Bahn Station „Neckartor“ ist direkt am Ende der Straße, man brauch ca. 3 Minuten bis zur Bahn und man kommt von dort überall schnell hin. Man brauch zu Fuß ca 8-10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und in der Nähe ist der schöne Schlossgarten. Verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn erreichbar.
Zu mir ich bin 26 Jahre alt und bin sehr ordentlich und sauber, daher ist auch jemand gewünscht der darauf wert legt. Ich gehe gerne ins Gym und ernähre mich vegetarisch und lege wert auf Balance im Alltag (manchmal mag ich es feiern zu gehen aber manchmal genieße ich auch einfach einen entspannten daheim mit nem Glas Wein) 😌 An sich wird jemand unkompliziertes und offenes gesucht, der kein Problem damit hat, wenn auch mal laut Musik läuft aber genauso auch die Ruhe genießen kann.
Das absolute Highlight bei der Wohnung ist der große Balkon, von dem man auch super den Sonnenuntergang anschauen kann! 🌅
