I am renting my room in Rosenstrasse 46 from December 11th until the beginning of March because I will be working outside Germany. The room is fully furnished. Die Wohnung liegt direkt vor einem Lidl-Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist.
Rathaus ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Und die U-Bahnstation Olgaeck ist weniger als 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es liegt sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum, aber ohne Lärmprobleme

The apartment is right in front of a Lidl supermarket, which is very convenient.
Rathaus is around 5 minutes far walking. And Olgaeck U-bahn station is less than 2 minutes far walking. It is very close to the city center but without any noise problems

Bei den restlichen Mitbewohnern und auch bei den Menschen in den anderen Wohnungen des Gebäudes herrscht eine hervorragende Energie. Alle Mitbewohner haben junge Energie, aber Sie werden nie von ihnen gestört. Der Koch- oder Toilettenplan überschneidet sich normalerweise nicht und Sie haben nie das Gefühl, dass das Haus überfüllt ist. Menschen gestalten ihr Leben in ihrem eigenen Zimmer.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Badezimmer und eine große Küche, die gemeinsam genutzt werden.

There is excellent energy with the rest of the flatmates, and also with the people living in the other apartments of the building. All flatmates have young energy, but you will never get disturbed by them. Cooking or bathroom schedule don't usually overlap and you never feel the house crowded. People make their lives in their own room.
The apartment has a big bathroom and a big kitchen which are shared common areas.
