The new building penthouse apartment is 176qm, has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (both with shower, the larger one with bathtub), a huge living-dining area with HWR, underfloor heating, real parquet floor and a dream of a roof terrace.
The apartment includes a spacious (dry) cellar compartment and a bicycle cellar. If you bring a car, there is a possibility to rent a underground parking space (75€ - not included in the rental price).
Your room is 14sqm, has a floor depth window and is therefore very bright. Furniture can be partially taken over by the pre-rente in case of interest.
Additional costs also include internet, GEZ, electricity and a master's service. Therefore, unfortunately you have to miss the week of Kehr, and you can also stay in the warm bed with snow.
Die Neubau-Penthouse-Wohnung ist 176qm groß, hat 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Vollbäder (beide mit Dusche, das Größere zusätzlich mit Badewanne), einen riesen Wohn-Essbereich mit HWR, Fußbodenheizung, Echtparkett und einem Traum von einer Dachterrasse.
Zur Wohnung gehören ein geräumiges (Trocken-)Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller. Falls du ein Auto mitbringst, gibt es ggf. die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu mieten (75€ - nicht im Mietpreis enthalten).
Dein Zimmer ist 14qm groß, hat ein bodentiefes Fenster und ist daher sehr hell. Möbel können bei Interesse teilweise von der Vormieterin übernommen werden.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten auch Internet, GEZ, Strom sowie einen Hausmeisterservice. Daher müsst ihr leider auf die Kehrwoche verzichten und auch bei Schnee könnt ihr im warmen Bett bleiben.
The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the metro stop Vaihinger Straße in the Seepark in Möhringen. In 8 minutes you can cycle in the Vaihinger centre. To the next supermarket you just have to fall out of the front door, but you can talk about everything on Google Maps ;)
What you do not see on Google Maps: The house is located behind a soundproof wall in third row seen from the big road. Therefore, it is also super quiet with open window, although you live so centrally.
From the room you have a great view of the Probstsee.
Die Wohnung liegt 4 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Vaihinger Straße entfernt im Seepark in Möhringen. In 8 min ist man mit dem Fahrrad im Vaihinger Zentrum. Zum nächsten Supermarkt muss man quasi nur aus der Haustür fallen, aber das könnt ihr euch ja alles auf Google Maps erstalken ;)
Was man auf Google Maps nicht sieht: Das Haus liegt hinter einer Schallschutzwand in dritter Reihe von der großen Straße aus gesehen. Daher ist es auch bei offenem Fenster super leise, obwohl man so zentral wohnt.
Aus dem Zimmer hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Probstsee.
We are Isabell (28), Sebastian (29) and Theresa (28). Isabell has been living in the WG for a year and works in the field of corporate communication. She likes to travel and is a lot with friends. Sebastian is the senior of the WG and works near as a software developer. He currently spends a lot of his spare time in the sports hall at Volleyball, actively himself and as a trainer and knows the area through his excursions with the Gravel Bike like his western pocket. Last but not least Theresa has moved in with Isabell. Works as a teacher and always has something to tell. It's like outside and sports.
Wir, das sind Isabell (28), Sebastian (29) und Theresa (28). Isabell lebt seit einem Jahr in der WG und arbeitet im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation. Sie reist gerne und ist viel mit Freunden unterwegs. Sebastian ist der Dienstälteste der WG und arbeitet in der Nähe als Softwarentwickler. Er verbringt aktuell einen Großteil seiner Freizeit in der Sporthalle beim Volleyball, aktiv selbst sowie als Trainer und kennt die Gegend durch seine Ausflüge mit dem Gravel Bike wie seine Westentasche. Zu guter Letzt Theresa ist zeitgleich mit Isabell eingezogen. Arbeitet als Lehrerin und hat immer was zu erzählen. Ist gerne draußen und macht Sport.
At WG foundation the apartment was completely furnished (incl. kitchen). That's why you'd have to pay a discount when moving in, but you'll have everything up to your own room. We'll be happy to tell you more about the tour.
The room can be taken over in a limited period or indefinitely. We're flexible.

Bei der WG Gründung wurde die Wohnung komplett möbliert (inkl. Küche). Daher müsstest du bei Einzug zwar einen Abschlag zahlen, hast dann aber auch bis auf deine eigene Zimmerausstattung alles da. Genaueres erzählen wir dir gerne bei der Besichtigung.
Das Zimmer kann befristet oder unbefristet übernommen werden. Wir sind da flexibel.
